Becoming a Great Lengths salon
Great Lengths Australia and New Zealand has built its reputation on providing a high quality product with excellent service as a premium hair extensions supplier. The selective Hair Salon Application Process is designed to create limited salon distribution to eligible salons to ensure that Great Lengths is offered only at exclusive high quality salons. In addition, all individual salon professionals wishing to perform Great Lengths hair extensions services at these hair salons must complete the Great Lengths hair extensions Certification Course.
Hair Salon Eligibility
Great Lengths hair extensions services can only be performed in Great Lengths approved hair salons or locations. The hair salon must also have a stylist that has been trained and certified to perform Great Lengths hair extensions through the Certification Course and abide by the Operations Guidelines outlined by Great Lengths to maintain the quality of application of Great Lengths products in the hair salon environment.

Technician Enrolment
Technicians at Great Lengths hair extensions approved salons must enrol in and complete the Great Lengths Certification Course to be able to perform Great Lengths hair extensions services at their salon. This hair extension training course ensures that Great Lengths technicians perform the application of Great Lengths hair extensions to the highest standards of quality and are knowledgeable on how to use Great Lengths hair extensions as a tool for business development and growth.
Hair salon professionals wishing to enrol in the Great Lengths Certification Course must hold a minimum of Certificate III in Hairdressing.

The Great Lengths Hair Extensions Certification Training Course is a comprehensive education program mandatory for all qualified hairdressers to become certified in Great Lengths hair extensions. The course ensures that Great Lengths hair extensions technicians perform the application of Great Lengths to the highest standards of quality and are knowledgeable on how to use Great Lengths as a tool for business development and growth.

Uniform layer to solid application – Removal strategies – Cutting hair extensions – Cut your increase layered application – Cut your solid application – MODEL: Consultation, mapping colour matching, full model application, cut and finish
Requirements
Applicants must, at minimum, have completed Certificate III of Hairdressing in order to obtain Great Lengths Hair Extensions Training Certification.

Refresher Course
The Great Lengths Hair Extensions Refresher Training Course is for technicians that have already been certified but wish to re-familiarise themselves with the Great Lengths hair extensions process.
Technicians attending the Great Lengths Hair Extensions Refresher Training Course will join the second half of the Great Lengths hair extensions Certificate Course to re-familiarise themselves with the application process and business growth techniques.
To attend the Great Lengths hair extensions refresher training course, technicians must already hold a Great Lengths hair extensions certification. Participants are required to organise a model for the training and hair used for application on the model will be charged to your account.
Participants must bring their own machine and tools.
